HOW TO WEAR?
- Encircle the chest band around the upper torso for men & Under the breast line for women to a comfortable compression.
- Make sure that the wrist wrap is in the centre of the body on the front side.
- Tie the upper arm strap above the elbow to a comfortable compression on the arm of the injured shoulder.
- Tie the wrist strap at the wrist of the affected arm.
- Place the shoulder cup on the injured shoulder with the elastic part towards the neck side
